April 15th, 1912 will remain a memorable date: R.M.S. TITANIC, operatd by the White Star Line will sink after after colliding with an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New York City.

The CNEP Spring exhibition and our Sparnacian Philatelic Spring will be the opportunity to highlight the centenary of this event by presenting an exeptional artefact: a slip sorting mail found among some other papers on a postal agent OS Woody, who died during the sinking. Only 23 documents are listed so far. The one presented is remarkable for its rarity and quality of its preservation.
